MECAPROTEC récompensée par AIRBUS lors du SQIP DAY 2024
MECAPROTEC a participé au SQIP (Supply Chain Quality Improvment Project) DAY 2024, journée organisée par AIRBUS et qui réunit l'ensemble des fournisseurs de matières, de produit et de pièces, impliqués dans la démarche.
MECAPROTEC est impliquée dans le programme SQIP depuis plus de 10 ans à travers de nombreux projets d'amélioration continue.
MECAPROTEC a été primée dans deux catégories :
- Un Awarddans la catégorie"Acreddited"(la plus haute distinction) et qui récompense le bon niveau de maturité de la société
- Un Awarddans la catégorie"Supplier of my dream"qui récompense notre performance en matière "d'Anticipation", et notamment le pilotage de la Charge / Capacité.
Pour la deuxième année consécutive, cette récompense, est la reconnaissance des efforts de l'ensemble des services et des personnes qui les constituent, en matière de qualité, de satisfaction client et d'amélioration continue. C'est grâce à l’implication sans faille des différents services opérationnels et supports, que MECAPROTEC continue d'aider ses clients à relever les challenges de demain.

MECAPROTEC CHARENTE MARITIME
MECAPROTEC DEVELOPPEMENT is pleased to annonce the acquisition of the assets of the company METAL CHROME renamed MECAPROTEC CHARENTE-MARITIME since the 1st of August 2022.
The group MECAPROTEC, specialized for over 30 years in surface treatment dedicated to the aviation industry, reinforces its position in specializing in surface treatment, non destructive testing and painting in order to accompany its clients in this period of strong recovery.
Indeed, for many years, MECAPROTEC has managed to establish its strategy as a leading subcontractor for the largest aviation contractors thanks to its strategy of innovation, training an ivestment policy in the industrial facilities.
Thus, MECAPROTEC CHARENTE-MARITIME expands a group already present over 8 production sites in France and internationally
The subsidery MECAPROTEC CHARENTE-MARITIME will particularly enable surface treatment, non destructive testing and paint application of aluminum paints of large dimensions.
With a capacity of up to 8 m x 3 m x 1,2 m over more than 20 000m² of building spread over 5 plants, this new subisdary will allow the group MECAPROTEC to offer a complete offer concerning treatments, materials and dimensions. These new facilities are part of a real complementarity of the different sites designed to meet all the needs of our customers and to support them in their growth and business development.
This operation also allows the group to integrate shot peeing as a new activity.

MECAPROTEC Industries: New Qualifications
As part of our environmental policy and in particular to reduce the use of all substances containing hexavalent chromium (Chromium VI) in our processes, we are pleased to announce our qualification for:
- The realization of the special process of OAS thin layer clogged TCS-PACS according to MFT0536
- The realization of the special CrIII (Chrome III) TCS/PACS conversion process according to MFT0538
This qualification was validated by LIEBHERR in March 2022 with the following scope:

Limitations / Special terms: OAS thin layer clogged TCS-PACS according to MFT0536:
- Only on alloys 2024 (sheet), 6061 (sheet), 5086 (sheet), 2024 (machined) & 2618A (machined)
- CrIII TCS/PACS conversion according to MFT0538 by immersion: Only on alloys 2024 (sheet), 6061 (sheet), 5086 (sheet) & 3003 (sheet)
- CrIII TCS-PACS conversion according to MFT0538 in local retouching: Only on alloys 2024 (sheet), 6061 (sheet), 5086 (sheet) & AS7G06
These processes, OAS thin layer clogged TCS-PACS and CrIII TCS/PACS conversion, are the substitution processes retained by LIEBHERR respectively for the OAC clogged with potassium dichromate according to MFT0138 and for the Alodine 1200 Conversion according to MFT0299.

Opening meeting of Future Industries Program
On February 4th was held the opening meeting of the Future Industries Program in the premises of our sponsor Airbus. Christophe DELQUE, Director at SPACE AERO launched the second wave in the Occitanie Region of the GIFAS Industry of the Future Program. This is the 6th wave at the national level. MECAPROTEC Industries is happy to be part of the program and is supported by SPACE Aero, CETIM, BootAerosSpace SAS, UIMM and Boston Consulting Group (BCG). The aim is to improve our performance and our competitiveness in the aeronautics sector.
The Occitanie region and OPCAIM also support this action
Ouverture du Programme Industries du Futur
Le 4 février s'est tenue la réunion d'ouverture du Programme Industries du Futur dans les locaux de notre sponsor Airbus. Christophe DELQUE, Directeur chez SPACE AERO a lancé la deuxième vague en Région Occitanie du Programme Industrie du futur du GIFAS. Il s'agit de la 6ème vague au niveau national. MECAPROTEC Industries est heureuse de faire partie du programme et est accompagnée par SPACE Aero, le CETIM, BootAerosSpace SAS, l'UIMM et Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Le but étant d'améliorer notre performance et notre compétitivité dans la filière aéronautique.

On January 28th 2020, MECAPROTEC Industries received the highest distinction "Accredited 2019 SQIP Award in the Airbus SQIP Program (Qualily Chain and Quality Improvment Program). This award follows that of the "Best Performer" obtained in 2018 demonstrating the strategic orientations, the quality of the various projects carried out and the strong desire to satisfy our customers, thus leading to the operational excellence of our compagny. This award recognizes the involvment of our teams throughout 2019 and brings recognition to Airbus for our industrial maturity and our strategic choices.

Madame TRESSARIEU: knight of the Legion of Honor

Madame TRESSARIEU, Knight of the Legion of Honor promoted to the rank of Chevalier of the Legion of Honor in 2015, Mrs TRESSARIEU, CEO of MECAPROTEC Industries, received her decoration on Sunday November 11, in Toulouse, at the occasion of celebrations of the Centenary of the Armistice in front of the War Memorial of Toulouse from the hands of Etienne GUYOT, new Prefect of the region. Despite the desired sobriety around this event, it was a very strong moment for our CEO and his family, combining the solemnity and weight of history with the high national distinction. This decoration rewards his carrer as head of MECAPROTEC Industries for many years. Indeed, since its creation, MECAPROTEC Industries has experienced a strong economic development, and has conquered its place of French leader in surface treatment by accompanying the aeronautical industry in its transformation and growth. The number speak for themselves : in 30 years, the turnover has multiplied by 15 and the number has increased from a few dozen employees to more than 800 people in the group. |
