Successful Partnership Between GEIQ and MECAPROTEC

A ceremony to celebrate our employees

We held a graduation ceremony for four of our employees — two from the painting division and two from the maintenance division. The aim of this event was to highlight their qualifications, recognise their career paths, and acknowledge the support provided by their managers.

A First Success for the Maintenance Department

On the maintenance side, the challenge was met with success. The department manager expressed her gratitude to the two employees who quickly adapted to their new working environment. This graduation marks a particularly important achievement, as it was the very first CQP* session for the maintenance department, and also the first graduating cohort for the GEIQ.
*CQP – Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle: a recognised vocational qualification in France.

A Promising Development for Our Painting Division Employees

The other two graduates, who did not originally come from a painting background, thoroughly enjoyed their training. They have since joined the company as full-time employees — an opportunity they have embraced with enthusiasm.
