Training
Employment policy and ongoing training
MECAPROTEC combines its employment policy with a strong commitment to training.
Our areas of expertise — surface treatment, aerospace painting, and non-destructive testing (NDT) — are often underrepresented in academic and vocational curricula.
To address this gap and provide internal training, MECAPROTEC established its own training organisation, MECAPROTEC TRAINING, in 1995, followed by the creation of FTSA in 2011 (training registration no. 73 31 06241 31), which has been QUALIOPI-certified since 2021.
Thanks to this in-house training structure, we support our employees throughout their professional careers. Our training programme is designed as a genuine development pathway, starting from onboarding and continuing with job-specific adaptation, ongoing upskilling, and industry-recognised qualifications.
