Product quality
1 - Inspection: Ensuring product compliance
At MECAPROTEC, we understand that the quality of our customers’ products is primordial. That’s why we have implemented a three-stepinspection process to ensure that every product entrusted to us meets the highest expectations.
Ensuring compliance with customer requirements
Before a product enters the treatment stages, we verify the consistency of all documents related to the order. We ensure that each requirement is fully met, traceability is maintained, and all previous operations have been correctly executed.
Examining every detail of the parts
This involves a series of rigorous inspection methods to verify the integrity and compliance of each part, in accordance with the requirements set by the Prime Contractors.
Certifying products conformity
Once all parts and documentation are compliant, we apply our signature, date, and inspection stamp. This confirms that the product has successfully passed all inspections and is ready for delivery with full confidence.
Administrative Control
Ensuring compliance with customer requirements

Physical Control

This involves a series of rigorous inspection methods to verify the integrity and compliance of each part, in accordance with the requirements set by the Prime Contractors.
Final Release Control
Certifying products conformity

2 – Non-Conformity Management
Even with the most rigorous control, internal or external non-conformities may still occur. At MECAPROTEC, we have a dedicated team and robust processes in place to manage such situations efficiently.
When a non-conformity is identified, our team performs a root cause analysis and defines the appropriate corrective, curative, and preventive actions.
We rely on industry-recognised methods commonly used in the aerospace sector to ensure maximum effectiveness:
- FMEA
- 8D (Problem Solving)
- QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control)
These methods are applied rigorously and integrated into our daily operations through structured review routines at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
