We have implemented a range of measures to prevent and reduce occupational risks. Our approach is built on continuous improvement, with a single objective: to protect our teams every day.

To ensure everyone’s safety, we have developed a proactive strategy based on four key pillars

 Monitor: Identify and analyse risk situations to anticipate potential dangers before they arise.

 Explore: Constantly seek new solutions to enhance safety and accident prevention.

 Test: Assess and implement safety equipment and protocols tailored to each workstation.

 Improve: Continuously optimise both collective and individual protective measures to create an ever-safer working environment.

Our commitment goes beyond regulatory compliance: we regularly raise awareness and provide training to our teams on best safety practices, empowering each employee to take an active role in protecting themselves and their colleagues.

Environment :
Reducing our impact, acting for the future

At MECAPROTEC, we are fully aware of our environmental responsibility and are taking concrete steps to reduce our impact on the planet. Through a process of continuous improvement, we implement initiatives aimed at limiting resource consumption and promoting more sustainable practices.

Because every action counts, we remain committed to innovation and progress in favour of a more environmentally responsible industry.

Reduction of hazardous waste

We apply an anti-waste policy to minimise waste generation and promote its recovery and reuse.

Energy Efficiency

We optimise our energy consumption by implementing measures set out in our energy-saving plan.

Water resource preservation

Thanks to water recycling processes introduced several years ago, we reduce consumption and limit our impact on natural resources.

Reduction of atmospheric emissions

We develop more environmentally friendly processes to reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, in collaboration with our R&D department.

Climate Commitment

We plan to regularly assess our carbon footprint in order to implement actions aimed at reducing our greenhouse gas emissions.

A responsible and certified approach

Our actions are part of a CSR strategy aligned with the ISO 26000 standard, ensuring a sustainable and transparent commitment.
