Contrôleur Qualité (F/H)

Authorised to release production work orders (WOs), thereby committing the company’s responsibility for quality compliance.
Operates within the scope of known work orders and applies a proven, standardised process.

Internal:

o Hierarchical:
Reports to Quality Control Manager
o Functional:
Works in close coordination with workshop supervisors and operators, as well as technicians from their own department and other departments, depending on the inspections being carried out. Receives support from senior and qualified inspectors to help resolve technical issues.

External
Liaises directly with customers via phone and email to resolve identified quality issues.

Final control

• Perform administrative checks (with possible support from a colleague)
• Carry out physical inspection of the part
• Perform final release inspection
• Identify and report any discrepancies

Non-Conformance Management

• Fill out a non-conformity report after detecting deviations
• Record basic non-conformities in the appropriate systems

Quality Monitoring and Support

• Escalate quality issues to the relevant internal contacts
• Raise alerts regarding non-compliance with workshop best practices

Responsibility / Initiative

• Complies with and applies the inspection instructions provided by the Quality Control Manager, within the agreed timeframe
• Conducts clearly defined and straightforward conformity checks
• Reports malfunctions and anomalies to their Manager or, if unavailable, to a qualified or senior Inspector present

Autonomy

Follows instructions and established procedures independently

Required Knowledge

Basic understanding of mechanics, surface treatment, or painting, which may have been gained through initial training, an AFPR programme (Action de Formation Préalable au Recrutement), or approved on-the-job mentoring.
