Team Leader Training

We are pleased to inform you that a significant milestone has been reached in our commitment to supporting Team Leaders within our organisation. On Monday 8th July, the closing session of the upskilling programme for Team Leaders in their roles as managers and supervisory liaisons took place.

Since the creation of this new position in 2023, it has been essential to equip those taking on the role with the necessary tools for success. We are delighted to note that the dedicated training was particularly well received by all participants. Each individual was able to gain practical tools and acquire effective methods to better fulfil their responsibilities as Team Leaders.

This training also provided our Team Leaders with the opportunity to get to know one another better and to share their day-to-day experiences.

We recognise that there is still a long way to go — this is just one step in the development of our post-Covid organisation. MECAPROTEC’s Management is committed to continuing its investment in our key personnel in order to remain competitive and meet the demands of economic balance and customer service.

Management would like to thank all Team Leaders who took part in this training for their dedication and engagement throughout these six months of support.
