The treatment of zinc-nickel is realized in accordance with the ranges of production MECAPROTEC industries.

Quality instructions :
The various baths which constitute) the chain of treatment of zinc-nickel as well as the periodic surveillance which is exercised are described in the PS specific procedure PSP 0028, quite as the control(master's degree) of the process of co-testimony of the alloy zinc-nickel with the description of the nature of the controls to make on parts dressed in zinc-nickel and the definition of the follow-up quality of the treatment.

Checking procedures :
Determination of the thickness by magnetoscopy or micrographic cutting.
Determination of the composition by spectroscopy of atomic absorption.
Determination of the holding in corrosion by essay of salt spray according to the standard NFX 41.002.
Determination of the adhesion following the standard NFA 91.102.
Determination of the embrittlement by essay of slow flexion, Rings Douglas and drive on cut test tubes following the standard ASTM F519.
