1- Gap between women and men = 39 points / 40
2- Difference in the rate of individual salary increase = 20 points / 20
3 -Promotion rate difference between women and men = 15 points / 15
4 - Employees who received an increase on return from maternily leave = 15 points / 15
5 - Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 higest paid = 10 points / 10
