This electrolytic process of alloy zinc-nickel, in alkaline environment without cyanide, guarantees :
- A nickel content included between 12 and 16 % for which corrosion resistance is optimal and superior to the requirements principals.
- A stability of composition of the alloy on a big range of density of roaming who allows the bulk treatment or the tie and the treatment in particular of parts of complex geometry.
- A good adhesion of the co-deposit to the metal of base and the layer of later painting.
- Finishes adapted according to the targeted applications: in an environmental approach, the post-treatment anti-corrosion bichromaté (consisted CMR) was replaced by a treatment of chemical conversion with CrIII.
Studies in laboratory are led on post-treatments by way ground-frost with the aim of a total elimination of the chromium. - An easy treatment of effluents.
