Definition :

• Insure the assembly then the peinturage of elementary parts mainly of plane in primary protection or in painting of finish.
• Job done in surpression cabin (6m x 4m).
• Last operation on parts before stamping and assembling at the customer place.

Job Description :

• Preparation Phase :
  • Acquaints of the order of Manufacturing and verifies parts.
  • Collect all the elements necessary for the execution of its spot.
  • Write the following index card.
• Painting Phase :
  • Paint parts with dish on railings or with the thread.
  • Auto-check the painting.
  • Write the folder (parts, lapsing, viscosity).
• Follows the environment cabin (hygrometry, temperature).
• Communicate on the abnormalities and proposes solutions.

Job Conditions :

Work 35 hours per week in alernated team included night.

Competences needed :

• Smell of the logistic organization.
• Taste of the manual labor.
• Precision, application.
• Write the folder (parts, lapsings, viscosity).
• Follows the environment cabin (hygrometry, temperature).
• Communicate on the abnormalities and proposes solutions.
• Reading and interpretation of plans.
• Knowledge of the techniques of peinturage in aeronautics

• Beginner: training courses in alternation (contract of professionalisation young person or adult) preparing for the Approved Title and for the Certificate of Qualification equal of the Metal industry of industrial and aeronautical Painter are regularly organized in the company(society) in partnership with IFIP.
